 Yes, when facilitated by a qualified practitioner, online counselling or coaching can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Research shows that virtual therapy is effective for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

With a stable internet connection and access to a private and quiet space, clients are able to engage fully in the therapeutic process. Online sessions also offer greater accessibility and convenience, making support easier to receive for those facing time constraints, health concerns, mobility limitations, or distance-related barriers.

 All sessions are conducted through Jane App, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for healthcare and wellness services. Jane provides a private, encrypted video space to ensure confidentiality and ease of use.

Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation and reminders with instructions on how to join. At the time of your appointment, simply log in using a stable internet connection and access to a private, quiet space.
