Cacao-Banana Dream Shake

This delicious protein and antioxidant packed shake goes down very smooth.  It’s a great post-workout, replenishing drink as it promotes lean muscle mass!

Ingredients:

1 scoop natural, plant-based protein powder (Sunwarrior is my favorite!)

2 tbsp of ground flaxseed

1 tsp raw cacao powder

½ medium banana

½ cup organic almond milk or hemp milk

¼ tsp natural vanilla extract (optional)

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients while adding water and ice as needed.  Serve fresh. Enjoy!
