If a product is labeled with a 100% organic label, then all ingredients in that product must be organically produced. When labeled with an organic sticker, the products must contain 96% natural ingredients.

Maintaining a nourishing diet can prevent certain diseases like diabetes while also making your skin healthy and radiant. Always try to eat organic produce and items because they are free of pesticides, GMOs, and synthetic fertilizers (which make your whole body happy). Coconut oil is loaded with medium chain triglycerides and saturated fats that raise good cholesterol and help improve your overall health. Coconut oil can also be used as a replacement for cooking oil and lip balms, a cure for dry skin, and a way to prevent hair from future damage. This ingredient can be used in cooking recipes, face and body cleansers, as a moisturizer; honestly, the benefits are endless.

 

Lemons Are More than Just Toppings for Your Drink

“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” We’ve all heard this saying as a motivation to use a positive attitude when dealing with unfavorable situations. But, what if I told you that you can use lemons in multiple ways? Lemons are packed with vitamin C, potassium, copper, and magnesium which makes them healthy for you, but that’s not all. You can use lemons for cooking (of course), but you can also use them as household cleaners, DIY face masks, and teeth brighteners. Lemon juice proves to be effective in every way possible, so get creative and make something more than just lemonade!

There are several spices out there that have multiple benefits for your body; rosemary, sage, and ginger being just a few. And, my personal favorite, cinnamon is known to be one of the healthiest spices on the planet! Being so versatile, you can use it in teas, coffees, desserts, and even DIY face masks! Learning how to turn everyday items into multipurpose products is vital in taking full advantage of organic products.
