Exotic Fruit Salad

A blend of antioxidant rich fruits, protein and essential fatty acids to make the perfect breakfast! 

Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced

1 cup grapes

2 kiwis, cubed

6 large strawberries, sliced

½ cup figs

¼ cup black currants

¼ cup dates

¼ cup dried coconut

Cashews to top

Drizzle of honey (optional)

 

Directions:

Mix all fruits and nuts in a bowl, and drizzle with a touch of honey if desired. Cover and chill until needed. Enjoy!
